I doubt it
I dont see why universities accepting you based on your grade average in certain subjects would really care about your pictures.
If you made one already you can try, but I would very worried about getting that portfolio back

SAT (or ACT) score is very important, so is your overall GPA!!

No. SAT scores, academic record, and personal statement are the three main factors for college acceptance, minus legacy and demographic data.
