Right now the art movement consists of a lot of trash. Anything can be called art. The art community embraces this form of art but it really depends on the buyer. Art is mainly for the buyer. Without the buyers fine art would not exist. And artists are trying to go outside of the box or trying to push over the edge. So contemporary art consists of the artists, the collectors and the art community.

The artist should not expect anyone to understand his “message”, if it’s not explicitly written in English. Anything else is shear arrogance.
On the other hand, people can be touched by art in a way the artist never intended!
I say art is what each person makes of it, and no one should critisize another’s values, nor impose their own onto others.

ya and if you make a U shape out of it it might look like a doggie ladder,, if you and i were laying in an open field looking at the clouds,, would we see the same things,, maybe , maybe not and whos to say who’s right,,
